Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from the United States within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of your order leaving our facility.
United States: 3–7 business days — free shipping on all orders.
International: 7–21 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
If your tracking has not updated within 5 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email info@peremis.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order for a refund of the purchase price.
How to return an order
- Email info@peremis.com with your order number and the name on the order to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and include a note inside with your order number and full name.

Conditions
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot refund parcels that do not reach us.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the return being received and inspected.
- Refunds cannot be issued for requests made more than 60 days after purchase, or for returns sent without a valid RMA number.
